一 |     冰天雪地也是金山银山，产业带来“热”力无限。    China and Tanzania are set to deepen financial cooperation and expand the use of the Chinese currency renminbi (RMB), or the yuan, in cross-border trade and investment, as the Bank of China on Tuesday hosted an RMB internationalization roadshow in Tanzania.    The event, the 10th stop of the Bank of China's 2026 global use of RMB roadshow series, brought together more than 140 representatives from the Chinese Embassy in Tanzania, the Bank of Tanzania, major financial institutions and businesses from both countries to explore new opportunities for RMB cooperation.    Speaking at the event, Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Chen Mingjian said growing economic and trade ties between the two countries had created increasing demand for efficient, convenient and low-cost RMB-based settlement and financing services in Tanzania.    "Bilateral trade between China and Tanzania reached 11.28 billion U.S. dollars in 2025, exceeding 10 billion U.S. dollars for the first time," Chen said, adding that trade reached 6.48 billion dollars in the first half of 2026.    China has remained Tanzania's largest trading partner and a major source of foreign direct investment for many consecutive years, she said.    Yun Yi, deputy general manager of the clearing department at Bank of China Head Office, said the bank would continue to leverage its global network and role as a major provider of cross-border RMB services to support the wider use of the Chinese currency in China-Africa trade and investment.    He said the bank would further enhance RMB financial services and facilitate practical cooperation across a wide range of sectors, contributing to higher-quality China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.                    。

二 | 近年来，我市冰雪产业和文化旅游深入融合，冰雪经济内涵更加丰富，市场规模持续扩大。随着2024—2025年冰雪旅游季的临近，为延伸冰雪旅游产业链条，激发冰雪旅游市场活力，做好冰雪旅游文章，我市各旅游景区提前谋划布局，扎实做好各项冰雪旅游活动的前期准备，让广大游客在抚顺领略冬日浪漫，邂逅冰雪奇缘。         　　作为辽宁省冰雪资源丰富的城市，抚顺积极响应国家冰雪发展战略，充分利用得天独厚的自然条件和区位优势，构建以冰雪运动、冰雪装备、冰雪旅游、冰雪文化、人才培养为核心的“五位一体”冰雪全产业链。去年以来，全市上下更是紧紧抓住辽宁承办2028年全国冬运会、抚顺承办冬运会雪上比赛项目的有利契机，加速发展抚顺冰雪经济。

三 |          　　玉龙溪冰雪大世界贪吃蛇项目火爆全网、东林园冰雪灯光秀热度攀升……2023—2024年冰雪季，全市接待游客506.06万人次，实现旅游综合收入26.76亿元。其中，直接参与冰雪运动人数200万人次以上，实现综合收入4亿元以上。         　　截至目前，我市共拥有对外经营的冰雪类游玩项目15个，包含集滑雪运动和冰雪娱乐于一体的雪场、冰雪娱乐类主题项目景区景点。

四 | 总投资5200万元的三块石森林公园冰雪项目、投资400万元的浑河冰雪大世界项目，以及投资300万元的顺城区万达冰雪嘉年华正式开放运营，有效补全了我市冬季旅游产品链条，给游客提供了更多游玩选择。         　　围绕即将到来的2024—2025年冰雪季，市文化旅游和广播电视局提前进行了精心谋划，统筹全市冬季文化旅游体育活动，策划了“炫动冰雪 激情抚顺”“润泽民心 文化惠民”“喜迎新春 畅享消费”三大板块、近百场文化旅游体育活动，并立足抚顺冰雪资源，积极推进冰雪类龙头项目建设和培育工作，大力推动冰雪类主题项目提质升级，不断优化冰雪产业布局，抓住冰雪旅游有利机遇持续发力，加大宣传力度，打造新场景，孕育“热”产业、激活“热”经济，不断释放文旅消费潜力，做好文旅大文章，打造经济发展强劲动力。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
