D | 对此，铁路12306接受了央视记者的电话采访。▲图源：网络　　针对网友关注，铁路12306回应，铁路部门一直致力于把总量有限的火车票公平公正便捷安全地提供给广大旅客。但是一些平台机构将“五一”火车票供需的矛盾作为赚钱“商机”，采用“抢票软件”等特殊手段，开展“抢票牟利”业务，严重扰乱购票秩序，对旅客个人信息保护和铁路12306系统安全带来风险，有些还严重损害了旅客切身利益。对此，铁路部门回应，将加强对代购、抢票、囤票等行为的实时监测识别，对异常行为采取直接拒绝请求等措施。　　铁路12306科创中心技术负责人杨立鹏表示，铁路部门采取一系列遏制措施：　　尽最大努力规范购票秩序，维护购票公平；　　建立了旅客身份信息与国家发证机关的联网核验机制；　　切实规范12306平台注册、购票服务，让虚假身份信息无法注册、购票。　　针对网传第三方“抢票软件”购买     “加速包”，可以让旅客提高抢票成功率的疑问，国铁集团表示，根据12306后台数据分析显示，无论旅客是否购买“加速包”，购买成功率是一致的。铁路12306网站（含手机客户端）是中国铁路唯一官方火车票网络售票平台，从未授权任何第三方平台发售火车票。▲图源：卡乐图片。摄影：贾琼　　12306推出多项便民功能帮助旅客抢票　　12306客服人员为广大旅客支招，12306推出多项便民功能帮助旅客抢票。　　一是起售提醒功能，旅客朋友可根据车票起售时间，提前设置多个闹钟提醒，以便及时提交购票订单。　　二是实行购票需求预填，旅客在车票起售前通过预填购票信息，实现了一键提交订单，大大提高了订票速度。

E | 　　三是升级候补购票功能，旅客每人可提交6单、每单60个车次的购票需求，有票时系统会按照旅客提交订单的先后顺序进行兑现，不收取任何附加费用。这种功能为旅客提供了更多选择，有效提高了候补成功率。
